Francine is an extraordinary listener, and when she works with couples, she manages to mix clarity with compassion in her communications. Working with Francine has made an enormous difference in our relationship. We have more skills for working out disagreements, but more importantly, we can now speak and listen to each other from a place of love and compassion, instead of upset.
